[access-uk] Screen resolution and JFW

Hi all - got in to a mess now! I changed my screen resolution from 1024x768
to 600x800, and now JFW can't read the screen! consequently, I can read back
this message, I can't make changes in control pannel because JFW isn't
giving me any useful feedback, just saying things like 1 of 10, in a list
view, but not seeing and saying what the items are in that list!

Can anybody tell me how to make a change that will get JFW able to read the
screen again. Please be so kind as to list the instructions step by step, as
I won't get much feedback from JAWS.
