Yes, that's what I got with Jaws 11 but nothing with Jaws 10. -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx On Twitter: http://twitter.com/songbird49a ---- Original Message ---- From: "Iain Lackie" <ilackie@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, July 28, 2010 11:27 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Search on the BBC
I've just checked again and www.bbc.co.uk definitely has 2 edit boxes. One is to do with recipe ingredients and the other is the search BBC edit box. I am using IE8 and JAWS 11. So, is it Jaws or is it the website? It seems perfectly accessible. I've just sent an email to Jonathon Hassle at the BBC and have pointed out the IE versus FF accessibility. However, I can using Firefox 3 and JAWS 10. Unfortunately I don't know why that should be.
