HI mate.
People put all kinds of stuff up there including “EXE” files, and probably 
whats happening here is that your notification relates to the fact that 
potentially because of the kind of site it is you could download something 
risky.
If you only download the files you require then there’s no risk.
The only other possibility is that the site may want to install an add on which 
your browser or antivirus software thinks is a threat.
I’ve not used this site for ages and if I want to get or give someone something 
I tend these days to either use dropbox.
