[access-uk] Skype Problem

Hello
I am having major problems with Skype which I hope some kind member might help
me to resolve.
Until about four days ago my Skype was working fine. When I entered the
program I heard the Skype sound and it opened in My Contact list. However, all
at once when I open Skype there is no connecting sound and I am presented with
the Enter Password box. I have tried in vain to enter the password, and in
frustration I have completely uninstalled my version of Skype and down-loaded
the latest version. I am still having exactly the same problems, and my user
name has been remembered from my former version of Skype. I have done the
Forgotten Password routine twice with no response. Any suggestions would be
much appreciated.
