[access-uk] Skype menus.

Hi all,
Whenever I'm having a voice chat on the skype I'm not able open any menu
files.
I noticed in the Control Panel there is other Skype display appearing it is
called:
Skype Add-on for IE.
I'm not sure what this one stand for, perhaps this is a reason cause a
problem.
Any Idea?
