They definitely exist and can hook into your wireless network, they don't exist in very large numbers and as Graham has said they are quite expensive. As for accessibility you should probably think it those as rather like a mobile phone without Talks if you are familiar with this sort of thing. Most of these devices have some sort of inbuilt telephone directory of contacts and without sight you will not be ebla to use them, you will just have to dial. Regards.
