[access-uk] Skypetalking 0.7 Required

Hi,
I need a version of skypetalking 0.7.x, preferably the portable
version though I can get what I need from the installer too. I need
to have access to the system tray icon as I cannot perform some of
the keystrokes the current version requires.
I need this to go onto a thumb drive with nvda for better access to
skype as I will have to rely on nvda for a portable screenreader
while away from home.

I did contact the developer of skypetalking and he does not have any
of the older versions.
