On the few occasions when I try to download something I usually get a message
saying it has been blocked by SmartScreen filter. I did a Google and I’m told
to go to Internet Explorer in Start menu, click Safety and turn it off .But
when I click IE it just fires it up with no trace of a Safety tab that I can
find.What am I doing wrong please?
