I tried this type of software 2 or 3 years ago, can't remember the name
of the particular product but I think it was a bit clunky and not a
great experience which is why I'm not still using it.
a quick google however suggests:
New Offline Browser
Save anything you see on the
web and browse it off-line.

WebZIP 6 - Save Websites
Browse, click and save Web pages
to your hard disk. It's that easy!
www.spidersoft.com
My Offline Browser
Download entire websites (all pages
images, flash) onto your hard disk
www.newprosoft.com

among others.
