Yes may well be useful Jackie, I have a hospital appointment that day
otherwise I might have made a trip down myself, it's often more who you meet
there more than the sorts of technology you get to look at although that can
be interesting too.

Perhaps I should do some googling of my own for similar events in my area or
perhaps I'll just wait until the summer for the joys of Sight Village
having not been able to make it for the past year or three.

Anyway enjoy the day if you do end up going.

Cheers,

Phil

Correct Ron, they didn't. Well, sounds a useful event anyway.

Thanks for that Ray. I am sure that you won't be surprised to know that the
RNIB didn't know who was coming.

Cheers

Subject: [access-uk] Solutions to Computing

Hi All

I know there is a Solutions to Computing event on Tuesday 18 March at RNIB
Judd Street between 10 and 4. Who, in addition to Computer Room Services,
will be exhibiting or demonstrating there does anyone know? We kind of
fancied a jaunt down to London, and wondered who is going to be attending.

My son and I will need to be on our best behaviour there though as, last
time we went, we found these battery-powered pepper and salt holders. Well
... let's just say that when we tried them out, there was real pepper in one
of them and it went everywhere! (chuckle.)
