Hi Andy
Assuming it's a standard filetype then I think there may be two reasons why you cannot convert. The first is that you must have licence rights for the program for which the file was bought, e.g. Itunes or Windows Media Player. If your machine is de-authorised in Itunes then you must authorise it again. Secondly in the settings window make sure either that 'convert automatically' is ticked so that when you select a file in the 'Select File' window is pressed the file starts converting automatically, or if you leave it unchecked then you must jaws cursor up to the button bar and find convert in order to start converting the file.
Hope this helps.

Hi all -

How do I start the conversion to mp3 from within Sound Taxi please? I select the file to convert, then using the JAWS cursor, I click on convert, and get
the message launching, and after a short time, get the message "error,
conversion wasn't started within 60 seconds." How do I get it to work?

Thanks -

Andy
