[access-uk] Soundblaster External Card in VISTA

Hi all.
Another VISTA question I'm afraid. I've installed my Soundblaster External
sound card onto my VISTA computer, but when I went into Control Panel to make
this the default sound card, I could not find anything in there which would
enable me to achieve this.
Anyone any ideas please.
