Go to Tools, Options, Spelling & Grammar where there is a button called "Recheck Document". This will allow you to repeat the process. I've got a file I've written with particular spelling mistakes to=20 demonstrate the spell checker. I took it through the spell checker and=20 pressed ignore on all the mistakes because I just wanted to see what it=20 would pick up/suggest without changing anything. I then wanted to remind=20 myself of a few things and did the spell check again and immediately,=20 without picking up any mistakes, it said the spell check was complete which=20 doesn't surprise me. But I then thought if I closed and reopened the file=20 I'd be able to spell check it again - but it doesn't; still it tells me the=20 spell check is complete without picking up any of the mistakes. I didn't realise Word would remember I've told it to ignore certain mistakes=20 between closing and reopening a file; is there anything I can do to make it=20 forget this?
