sent the email and as Brian would like to try to solve this decided to write it 
to the list as perhaps you look at these emails more frequently than to your 
address.
So apologies you will see it there too eventually.

Thanks very much for your help so far with Spotify - I'm finding it much easier 
to use now and you're right (of course) it remembers my details although I do 
sometimes find that it doesn't play what I've asked for.

I am so impressed, particularly because you can alter the volume independently 
of Jaws which means it's great to have in the background whilst typing emails - 
I persuaded Brian to install it.

Now:  on his computer when he enters an artists name it often says (did you 
mean) which I've not come across but then when it plays  the track we have a 
constant counting down of numbers which seems to come from the clock.
This makes the programme impossible to use what would be the cause of this?  It 
doesn't happen in other programmes.
Also, whereas I might have loads of songs by any given artist, Brian will have 
two.


Brian installed autosizer on his computer - on mine it messes up all my other 
programmes so we removed it from Brian's computer it made no difference.

One more thing:  Brian's lost control panel from his start menu how do we get 
this back please?
