[access-uk] Syncing PC & Phone

Hi

I would like to sync emails, accounts and contacts between 2 PCs and Iphone.
What is the easiest way to do this. Do I have to set up everything
individually or is there a program to help? Am I better to use the Icloud
and if so how do I go about  it? Also is Pop3 or Imac the way to go?
