Hi.

press your windows key. Then press escape to land on the start button. Press
alt enter to open start menu properties. Tab across to the notifications area
customise button and click it. This will bring up options relating to your
system tray. I would recommend ticking the always show all icons checkbox and
click OK then OK again. This should fix the issue, if it doesn't tell us which
boxes are checked in the customise dialogue and i can compare to those on my
system.

All the best,

Mo.
