OK, I've got a receiver I used to use with the IPod but haven't tried it recently to see if it's even working at this stage, so I'll havfe to do that. There's shouldn't be any reason why it won't work on the phone, if it still charges up OK etc.

Thanks for your input, John, as always.

hi carol the internal gps is rubbish so you have to use an external one. then all will be great it is very very good. the maps that's google maps must have a wireless connection but it works and is fine.

Hi all,

Has anyone tried the above and, if so, how have you found the Braille Sense to work? Is the GPS receiver OK here in the UK for you, and what do you think of Google Maps on the Sense?

I haven't got a fix with my GPS receiver yet but I'm going to find a time to persevere and also to take a look at the maps for myself, but thought I'd ask if anyone has tried this and what your experience has been?
