Sure in the settings accessibility menu you can change the volume of the
tecxt to tpseech
Although I suspect this is down to the AV settings in your television!

Hi Everyone
Like some others on the list I connected our TVOnics box to the TV with the
HDMI cable, which was great. However, it is difficult to get back to the
TVOnics if
one has played a DVD. Today I used a SCART lead instead.
Since doing this I have found that the text to speech is really loud, even
on the quietist setting. Has anyone else found this and, if so, is there a
way to change
it?
