[access-uk] Talking Smart View Box

Hi All,
Started looking at this some time ago and never decided either way so
assistance appreciated.
Is the Talking Smart View box being offered as part of switch over worth
having?
Is it a good piece of kit?
I don't watch TV but may do if I knew what was on.
They say they can also offer a Smart view recorder, also, I will ask them
but do these talk also?
