This happened to me for the first time last month. I sent the second volume
back as I hadn't had the fist one and it won't play before listening to the
first. I sent it back and, last week, I got both volumes together... in
separate sleeves.

  Hi all

Is anyone receiving 2 volumes of the same daisy book in separate sleeves and
posted on different dates from the RNIB?

If so, what would be the reason since one sleeve has enough room for 2
volumes with their covers.

It often happens that volume 2 arrives way before volume 1.

  Thanks

  Deon
