Hi Mike,

To be totally honest I'm not exactly sure what's going on here. What you may
like to do though, is go into Tools, Application Manager. Press Key 1 for
options, select settings, and see whether Software installation is turned on
or off. On mine its on, and the installation of the 2 components went
without a hitch.

Talking of components, I take it you followed the recommended order of
execution (I.E.) the TTS first?

Cheers,

Mark

Hi Mark,

The end of the dialog is "unable to install", and I'm returned to the
in-box.

Cheers,

Mike
