I had a similar experience of getting the empty basket message, but my basket was there when I went to the Access site - maybe worth a call to the Customer help line?

Subject: [access-uk] Tesco main site problems

Hi All

I've been tyring to use the Tesco main site to place a shopping order, but everything in my basket disappears when I check out. I can se everything there while I am putting things into my basket, but as soon as I press the 'checkout' link everything seems to disappear, I get a message saying my basket is empty and can't recover it either from the main site or the access site. In the end I ended up placing my order on the Access site and it worked. Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be happenigng here?

James
