Hi, Are there any people using Voice Over and the HSBC App for the iPhone in
combination? Whilst I can access the majority of the app, when it comes to
entering an amount as part of the process to make a payment Voice Over is
unable to find the keyboard to allow me to enter an amount of money. I double
tap on enter an amount but the keyboard doesn't appear. If Voice Over isn't
running the keyboard appears and a sighted person can enter an amount of money
and tap the done button. I'm trying to explain this to HSBC but they don't seem
to get it.
