[access-uk] The delivery report failure explained

Hi all,

Firstly, this is nothing to do with Freelists, or Newvision.  The bounce
is caused by someone using an incorrectly configured copy of Exchange
server and the POP3 connecter, which is trying to bounce messages back
to the list.

The effected domains are:
*@visioncenter.org
Or vision@xxxxxxxxxxx

If I was the moderator, I would remove these addresses from the list,
then email them regarding what is happening, then its up to them to deal
with the problem, and then resubscribe.  I doubt they are getting the
messages at present, anyway, as the connector doesn't know where to
deliver the message to by the looks of things.
