Yes if it was that easy but being in France it isn't and as they only
charge a tiny amount of commission when you transfer money, it is a lot
cheaper than the other banks.

I use Barclays, have one of those talking PIN sentry machines, and I do it
all on my Mac with no issues what so ever.
