Hi Linda. More annoyingly, Thunder uses the prview pane for reading the message so you have to tab to it in order to read it. I really do feel that if you have an internet connection you can use you are far better using the freely available System Access to go software which is available at www.satogo.com I have also uninstalled Thunder and found that it worked OK for me however once I turned off the preview pane which is how I like it. Try checking if Thunder is still in your programs list. Since then I have had probhlems in OE whereas when I try to read an email message I have to escape and go into it again then tab into the message window. Before it used to go straight into the message window. Does anyone know what has happened? I have checked the Options but everything looks fine. I would appreciate assistance as this is driving me mad. I use XP with Office 2003 with Jaws 5.0. Regards.
