Well I think the only way to get the watch to the defaults would be to
pull out the battery for a few minutes which would reset the digital
clock/alarm inside the watch.  I am not really sure why you would want
to do this, however.

 

What I was talking about is recalibrating the hands on the watch to the
digital clock, I have never needed to do this and would never want to do
it because this basically means that if you mess it up the hands will
display a different time to sighted users than you get from the digital
clock/vibrations.

Thanks Mark,

I did not explain myself very well.  I did not mean reset the time but
to get the watch back to its defaults as it is not acting normally.
Perhaps Andrew is nearer to what I am talking about when he talks about
recalabrating.
