[access-uk] Toshiba Laptop Webcam

Hi All
Bit of a long shot I know but Wonder if anyone can help my wife has the
following Toshiba L350-21q laptop running Zoomtext but she can not get the
webcam to work it will come on with the small light above the monitor but you
see nothing. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be could it be a
Zoomtext problem?
