Hi Barry,
You must use data transfer on the newest phone. For example, if you =
have a
6600 and an N91, then you must use the N91's data transfer utility, as =
the
older phones Transfer software don't know about the newer phones.

When you start data transfer on the first phone, the first thing that =
should
happen is the second phone should ask if you want to install data =
transfer,
let that happen and all your data will go over.
