Hi Eleanor

There is plenty of information on the website including a Q&A section. It
has certainly put a stop to our overseas friends calling with ways to try to
get us to sit at the computer so they can hack in. Yeah right! I told them
we didn't have a computer, and one guy was completely horrified at the very
idea. It's ok to say just put the phone down and ignore them, but they keep
the line for a while, so if you want to make a call, you have to wait for
them to p*** off first. It's been well worth the investment of buying it
that's all I can say.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

I watched the video but I did not learn anything extra from it.
