[access-uk] Trying to install a .inf file

Hi all - sorry for those that have been following this on the TALKS list, but
as I still haven't had any success with it, thought I'd ask here where a
different group of people might have some idea what my problem is!
I've got a .inf driver file that I do a shift f10 for, and select install, but
nothing happens; it's a driver I need in order for licensed music files to be
transfered and play on my N91 phone; according to the Nokia site where I
downloaded it from, selecting install should be all I need to do, but like I
say, nothing happens, JFW just stays on the file name, and it's as if nothing
has happened!
I've been trying different things with this for ages now, so would really
appreciate some help.
