Hi Yusuf.

I use Tune Up utilities with no issues, so would be glad to help you.

If your using a free copy of the program as in the trial license, you can still access all functionality and unlike many of the competition actually proceed to fix issues detected by the software. The screen you're getting when you launch the software is the registration screen, and there is an accessibility issue here where finding the right button needs you to use the screen reader's virtual cursor. There should be a continue trial button or something to that affect on the screen where you have the enter code and purchase screen, so find this then left click on it to continue using the software for the duration of the trial.

Let me know if you have any further problems and I'll do my best to assist you.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Subject: [access-uk] Tune up Eutilities2011

Hi, I downloaded the latest version of Tune up utilities today and am having
a problem. No matter which program I go into, Disk Defrag, 1 click
maintenance or Utilities I get the same thing. A list of things that have
already been optimised, purchase and enter code. Furthermore, I can't then
close any of these programs unless I use the Windows task manager.

I'm trying to do a disk defrag. My screenreader is Window eyes ver7.51. Any
ideas or suggestions?
Yusuf
