Yep,

The SMTP thinks you are relaying mail from another network because your IP 
address is not on their segment.  You will need to add another account with 
different SMTP servers or do as I do and get an account on a mail relaying 
service and send mail through them - something like SMTP.com would do the 
trick.

Hello,  I tried using this for the first time yesterday.  I was able to
download my email into my inbox as usual but it wouldn't send mail.  Why is
this?  Do I need to change SMTP settings or something?  Annabell.
