Graham, Thanks, but I am having trouble in creating them. I need to put some text in a textbox and insert it in the main body of the report. I select the text and enter on the textbox and the text which is need to be in the textbox disappears. It might be there, but I cannot find it. The only time I have success is when there is some text in the box to start with. I don't think this will help you but if there is something in the text box do a find for that word and then you will be in the box and be able to type and and edit it. Probably not much help but hopefully there is something in that box that you can search for Graham -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ali Sent: 05 August 2005 23:15 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Using textboxes Hi, I am using windows xp, office 2003 and jaws 6.2. Part of my PHD, I have to produce a document which I have to put some text in a textbox in the main body of the document. I really need help as I cannot figure out how to do it. I have tried selecting the text and entering on the textbox in the insert menu with no luck. When I do that, the text disappears somehow. I tried to put it in a new document and making it a textbox and cutting and pasting it from that way with no luck either. Anyone has any idea how I can establish this please? Thank you. -------------------- Ali ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
