Yes, totally agree.   The other thing to bear in mind is that it took a huge 
amount of effort and time to get H.M. Revenue to agree the regulations 
regarding composite rate V.A.T. on access tech and any attempt to evade paying 
tax is likely to provoke a negative response from H.M.R.C also they can really, 
really make you unhappy,   they have more powers than the police,  if they 
decide to - so best of luck with that!
