Hi Ibrahim,
That’s the beauty of the list. Much of the information people ask for on here
could be found on Google, but it’s often such a faff ploughing through Google
results for I T “How To” answers, only to find that the information you want
isn’t screen-reader-friendly. The worst of these are the pages with long
screeds of advice, and half-way through:
“You will now see a screen like the one in the screenshot below.

Having clicked on the square icon on the lef-han menu on that screen…
On this list, you know that what you hear is what you get and you’ll be able to
use it.
Best,
Clive

Subject: [access-uk] VLC media player shortcuts
Hi Everyone.
i am using VlC very happily to watch my ever burgeoning DVD collection, and was
wondering how one accessibly configures keyboard shortcuts. Until now, I’ve
been using the menus to get to the functions I want but have been struggling to
find a comprehensive list of keystrokes on their website, which refers you back
to the shortcut keys options in the dialog box which of course isn’t all that
screen reader friendly. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of shortcuts or
know where I can get one?
Thanks, Ibrahim.
