I hope that the moderators will terminate this thread following my
contribution which I trust will amuse some, offend others, and will not
(by virtue of this statement of apology) bar me from the list.
In days gone by, surfs, peasants, and other inferior social classes were
only able to procreate with permission - I guess like China in these
days.
Needless to say, ladies, this edict was by virtue of a King, I know not
whom ...
as a consequence of this edict, an acronym was borne:
please listen carefully with your screen-reader to the capitalisation
and reply only off list:

again, no offence meant, purely a reflection to history, which is of
