[access-uk] Victor Reader Stream Update

Hi Everyone
There is a firmware update to the new Victor Reader Stream. I think it
mainly corrects bugs.
So far I have found that the problem with some .WMA stations saying
"Media Error 11" when you press the Where Am I key or add the station
to a favourite has been resolved. Great!
I am not sure about the podcast errors, as I don't subscribe to any
podcasts.
