Hi Bill
I can't remember it step-by-step, but you need to press and hold down the
little round button at the top between the two square buttons until it says:
"Airplane Mode off." Then you press the number seven key repeatedly to find
Wireless Neckworks, or whatever it is called, and get the VRS to find your
network. When it does, you use the keypad for entering numbers and letters
to key in the password. Use the hash key as your confirm key. It is
straightforward to do this, but I have only done it the once which was when
I bought my Stream and put in our key.
I am sure someone else will tell you if I have left anything out.
