[access-uk] Video to DVD

Hi all
What would I need to copy my video's onto DVD? I presume I would need a TV
card and DVD writer on my PC as well as the software to copy/rip the video.
Is this right? Is there anything else I would need? I've got a bog
standard video and a 60gig HD on my pc that is running XP pro.
