[access-uk] Vodafone network

Hi All
Since yesterday morning, I have had great difficulty contacting certain numbers
on the Vodafone network. I can't reach numbers with certain prefixes like 077,
and wonder if anyone else is experiencing similar problems. I managed, after
great difficulty, to get through to Customer Services, and they said there is a
computer problem at their end, but they were quite vague about it.
Clarification would be helpful, thanks.
