Hi. Yesterday I went to the Apple store and was looking at the iPad Mini. When
I was approached by the salesman! I had a conversation with him about the VAT
exemption. He then proceeded to e-mail head office and this went on for at
least half an hour because they wanted to be sure of the whole situation. When
he finally got back to me ! He told me that their range of Mac computers such
as the iMac or laptop were only part of this VAT Exemption and Tablets weren’t.
Anyway I purchased the iPad Mini but I wasn’t totally satisfied with their
explaination because both range of products had Voiceover built into the OS.
Anyway I was happy with the product and the size is much more ideal for me. I
like to watch videos on a larger screen even if I can’t describe what’s going
on. I just like the form factor and it replaces my netbook.
