Hi Janet.

Only O2 supports visual voicemail, Vodafone doesn't and so you'll either need to use their own voicemail service or a third party voicemail provider. I strongly recommend Hullo Mail which has its own app and which has a number of other useful features, namely the ability to have voicemail messages you receive forwarded either automatically or per message to your email account and the ability to listen to your voicemail's from within the app or dialling a local rate 01 number. I should mention that Hullo Mail changes the divert settings on your phone to divert unanswered calls to its service, so ensure you have sufficient minutes in your plan depending on the number of voicemail's you intend on receiving each month.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Subject: [access-uk] Voicemail on the iPhone

Hi all

Am wondering how you can set this up. Have been looking at what should
appear on the screen when you select the Voicemail button whilst in the
Phone icon and it's different to what happens with mine. When I double tap
the Voicemail button it immediately rings my Voicemail service and I start
to hear all my messages, but I want to have it so that I can choose which
messages to listen to and delete, but I just get the phone keyboard on the
screen and not the list of phone numbers and buttons for you to record your
own greeting etc.

How can I set this up? I bought the phone secondhand so it is not part of a
contract package.

Cheers
