Hi Billy,

This is the ONLY article of the MS Knowledge Base which specifically
mentions that error.

It is somewhat long and involved, so you need to study it very
carefully.

Doubtless the list will mess up the URL, but if you go to the Microsoft
Web Site, click on support and then Knowledge base, you should be able
to look for Article 272487 by entering it in the search field.
