Hello,
My vypr vpn account was recently hacked. This is not usually a black
mark against the company, these things happen.
However, unlike some companies which allow you to reset your details
by clicking a link, vypr vpn tells you to contact support: and that is
where the problem begins.
Contacting support is impossible with a screen reader as it includes
two drop down boxes which have to be used, which are both impossible
to use as jaws doesn't recognise them. And so, despite having almost a
year of uninterrupted and fast service from vypr vpn I must now
recommend to everybody that they avoid this company, as if your
account is compremised you are on your own.
