I think what you got to begin with was a standard reply. My comment that
your message wasn't actually read is probably right. They probably have a
system which just looks at messages and generates standard replies
automatically. We will wait to see if you get a human reply to this
message.

Dear Sir,
I'm afraid that you do not understand the problem. The problem is, that, as
a blind person, I cannot see the capcha, or image which I have to verify to
create my Myspace account. The screenreading software which I use cannot
read this image, so I am hoping that you could help me set up my account. I
have
already submitted the first part, but can now not get past the image
verification process.
