[access-uk] 'What you hear'

Hi all,

I want to be able to record both speech and screen reader output. I
understand you do that via 'what you hear' on the sound card if you have the
Sound Blaster.

When I set the options in volume control, however, it seems only to allow
either 'what you hear' or microphone to be enabled but not both together.

Any advice, please?
