[access-uk] Whereabouts of Adobe's own PDF to Text converter?

I used to have installed some form of PDF to text converter which was created by Adobe themselves to overcome the problems of reading PDFs with screenreaders. However, since I have started using a new computer, I do not have this anymore.

Can anyone tell me where this converter can now be obtaned from?

I've had a look on the Adobe site but can find no reference to it and this site does not even have a search facility!

I know about the Webbie converter but this is not what I need.

Thanks.
John.
