Mandy,

to solve this problem go to:
tools, safety options and click enter.
You have to select the first option that says something like:
"no automatic filter"
this option must be checked.
go to ok and click on it and your problem is behind you.

I mainly use Outlook but do have accounts set up in Windows Live Mail also
just for extra choice but all my emails go into the junk folder there which
I have not set as default or anything stupid like that but I have no idea
how to solve. Any ideas?

Mandy.

Jackie,

to remove account or to make any changes - you have to act almost exactly
like outlook express.
I'm using Windows Live Maill with Windows 7 OS and it works properly for me.

Subject: [access-uk] Windows Live Mail accounts

Apologies for cross-posting, but I would welcome your advice to pass on to

a friend who is using Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail.

How does one delete an account, or amend an existing one in Windows Live
Mail? I have not used this program, and don't have Windows 7 either as
yet. In Outlook or Outlook Express, my natural tendency would be to go to

accounts and modify settings there. But my friend says it isn't that
simple in Windows Live Mail, and I am not sure how to assist.

Any help or suggestions gratefully appreciated.
