[access-uk] Windows media player

Hi,
I am having problems with Windows Media player. I updated to version 10 but
I get the following message when I try to run the setup file.

The file wmplayer.exe has a version number of 10.0.0.3646 where 9.0.0.3250
was expected.
Windows Media Player is not installed properly and must be reinstalled.
I looked in add/remove but cannot find the player listed. I am using
Windows XP2
